hello everyone! i am muhammad ali. in this lesson i will tell youhow to design an interior scene with all its aspects asyou have seen at the moment. in this first video i willtalk about the contents of the lessons and the design stagesof the works we will do. when designing the space, wewill follow the steps that are followed when a buildingis actually being built. at first stage we model thearchitectural buildings of the place. architectural structure include details such asfloor, ceiling, walls and door-window holes.


maybe a bunch of you know how to do this things. in this stage i will stop especially on thewooden paneling surfaces that cover the ceiling. normally it would be fairly easy to panel on flat surfaces. however, my chosen room has anot flat ceiling structure and this will lead us tofind different solutions. then we will model the details of the spacesuch as skirting, sill and door-window. these are called fine works or finishing jobs. i chose quite nice models to make us trouble. so we can learn something new.


there is decoration in order after finishing work. in order to use it on thedecoration, we will model beautiful furniture, eachof which is my design. it does not mean that it is hardto do if they are beautiful. everything you see here can be modeledwith entrance level information. of course, i selected someobjects that we need to learn something new, except formethods as already known. last step is modeling of scene objects. i do not want the scene to has just of furniture and walls.


i want full scene as you see right now. i will not tell you how to model each object. i selected one object for modelingthat requires special information. i will tell you how it is modeled. i will give the rest of the items asdownloadable when the time comes. next step will be material preparation and assign. we will make every material by ourselves. i tried to create a scene that hasthe most material variety possible. so we can learn how to make a lot ofmaterials through a single example.


i will tell you the logic of making stuffand show you how to make certain materials. in this step, i will especiallyshow the arrangement of the texture coordinates that manypeople are having trouble with. the last step is render. after this step, you will beable to visualize all kinds of interior scene scenesin photographic realism. we will render our scene in multiple lightconditions and use mental ray as the render engine. i choose mental ray because it is accessibleto everyone and has a wider range of uses. i will therefore take mentalray into account in the


settings for materialpreparation and rendering. these were the steps we were goingto follow when we were designing. now i will tell you about the lesson content. so how do i tell the lessons. this is an interior lesson. therefore, our focus pointis; architectural modeling, material preparation and assign,render and presentation. i will not tell everything from scratch. i will think at least that you havebasic 3ds max knowledge when talking.


in addition to how we do what we do, i willtalk deeply about why we do what we do. i have identified common problems in such works. i will address these problems,their solutions and their reasons. so you can work around the same problems thatyou encounter while working in another project. when doing a job, we will learn to use both knownmethods and, if they are, more practical methods. the lesson is too long. so i split thevideos into a lot of pieces in 5-30 minutes. the lengths of the video aredetermined according to the subjects. i made a playlist so you can follow it more easily. you can get this list from my channel page.
